Developer has been very attentive and cooperative, extensively revising the original designs. ARA also successfully advocated a much larger investment in repairs and retrofits to TCHC building. Note that this site is governed by a site-specific zoning bylaw passed many years ago that allows for two apartment blocks of 28 storeys; only one had been built to date (the TCHC block).
