MEDIATION IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, 2016, LED TO AGREEMENT WITH CITY TO ALLOW UP TO 9 STOREYS ALONG THE DUPONT CORRIDOR AND POSSIBILITY OF A 20 M (AS OPPOSED TO 30 M) RAIL SETBACK IF IN KEEPING WITH SAFETY GUIDELINES SET BY FEDERATION OF CANADIAN MUNICIPALITIES AND WITH A PEER-REVIEWED ENGINEERING REPORT TO DEMONSTRATE ADHERENCE TO THESE SAFETY GUIDELINES.
