ARA engagement: While the project is not in the Annex, the Annex Residents’ Association feels it would establish a bad precedent for future development on the west side of Avenue Road between Pears Avenue and Chicora Avenue where land is currently being assembled by developers. The ABC Residents' Association, and the Annex Residents’ Association oppose the development because it threatens to open up the blocks north of Pears Avenue to intense re-development. We object to its height and density, the problems it will cause with traffic and the parking garage’s two-storey wall on the north side of the building.
