ARA engagement: Currently a public parking lot, the site was declared surplus by the City in 2011 and was subsequently transferred to Build Toronto, who have entered into an agreement to sell the site to the Estonian Credit Union and the Estonian Foundation of Canada. P+Z was approached for comment on an earlier BILD scheme and then early in 2018 on the current development proposal. ARA/P+Z supports the project and has proposed a cross-block pedestrian walkway to Huron through the United Church site at 300 Bloor St. W. (see separate project).
