ARA engagement: This is the western portion of the UTS property, owned by UofT. No specific application has been made, but we understand that UofT would like to sever and sell two sites on the property, likely for luxury condo developments or a privately-built and run student residence. The site is designated in UofT's draft Secondary Plan, as amended in March, 2018. This draft is currently being evaluated by the City.
