ARA engagement: P+Z has been involved with this project since 2015, reviewing multiple schemes changing due to incremental acquisition of adjacent properties. The latest application with a height of 90.25 m (27 storeys) was appealed to LPAT under the old OMB rules. Full hearing is scheduled for June 2019. ARA is a Party (through ARC) as is the Davenport Triangle Residents' Association (DATRA).
UPDATE: DATRA and the City agreed to a settlement allowing for a 78 m condo tower on this site (22 storeys) prior to the LPAT hearing. ARA disagreed with the settlement and tabled a letter to LPAT at the start of the hearing describing the settlement as 'bad urban planning and bad urban design'. That letter was entered into evidence. LPAT approved the City/DATRA/developer settlement.
