tentatively, 9-storey condo;
developer met with P+D in November to present; major changes are needed and are being discussed with adjacent neighbours and the developer. P+D asked the developer to come back to the Commitee with revised designs after consultation with neighbours. They did so on 4 Feb 2020. P+D, in consultation with neighbours, concluded that minor proposed changes were simply tinkering, and not acceptable. P+D subsequently provided the developer with a detailed outline of changes needed to height, setbacks (especially at rear), step backs at rear, and vehicular circulation and garbage pickup. If developer agrees to at least some of these major changes, ARA will recommend to Councillor Layton that he convene a Project Review Meeting to decide on a consensus-building process for this project.

This parking lot site was severed from 359 Dupont (the Beaufort apartment building) in 2008. It has twice been approved for development of three, three-storey townhouses. However, each time the owner received permission for the development he instead flipped the property for a higher price. The developer of this proposed 9-storey condo only purchase the land a few months ago.
